I started the day early in the morning today too. We had breakfast to go and waited for the shuttle. After loging into work, we changed to our working clothes.

Today we looked the people at maintainence over the shoulder. We saw how they used machines to make bold nuts, and clean mechanical parts. There is this machine which drills holes in aluminium nut forms, it doesn’t take long maybe a few seconds to make one. The cleaning is done by the trainees. We then  went to change some light bulbs and went to lunch afterwards.

After lunch we went to play soccer today. Long story short we lost since the guys weren’t any good.

When we returned we were thaught something new by the foreman. He thaught us about make sensor and inductive sensor. The make sensor is to detect the non metal component in products where as the inductive is used to check the metal. The inductive sensor is only able to measure from 4 mm and the make sensor only 2 mm. He was very busy but he took the time to show and explain to us what those devices are.

Afterwards we helped the trainees paint some objects, then it was time to call it a day again.

We went straight home from the service station in Tekirdag for some rest.
