Heute früh haben wir gefrühstückt und haben uns auf dem Weg zur Arbeit gemacht.

Dort haben wir unsere Arbeitsklamotten angezogen und sind zu unseren Arbeitsplatz gegangen. Heute haben wir den Leuten ein bisschen über die Schulter geguckt. Zu erst sagen wir wie sie in der Werkstatt einen gewöhnlichen Motor reperiert haben, dessen Propeller kaputt war. Dann nach der Mittagspause, haben wir gesehen wie eine neue Maschine installiert wurde, bzw. dessen Arme die alles automatisch machen.

Das wars auch schon, da viele Heute nicht da waren, war der Arbeitstag auch ein bisschen ruhiger als sonst.

Nachdem wir uns umgezogen haben, haben wir noch die Arbeitskleidung zu dem Mann gebracht, der uns die gegeben hat. Dann haben wir uns nich einmal kurz von jedem verabschiedet, und sind wieder nach Hause.

Später sind wir noch alle ein bisschen raus um ein paar kleine Souveniers für unsere Familien zu kaufen, da wir schon sehr bald wieder abreisen.

Jetzt verbringen wir noch etwas Zeit zu Hause mit der Gastfamilie, und morgen ist ein neuer Tag.

I think that the firm’s here in Turkey are a lot more relaxe

d and easy going compared to Germany. In Germany a certain level of expertise is required, where as in Turkey they take the trainee’s along from whatever level thei are at. The trainee’s can take freqent breaks, short once not long and drink çai or anyone, where as in Germany you have fixed time for everything and can’t take breaks when ever you want since you might disturb others. There is still a lot of manuell work in Turkey compared to Germany, other than that I thinke their isn’t that much difference.

 That’s just my opinion from the observations I made.

Today we woke up early like always, but for the last time in Turkey. We got ourself’s breakfast from a bakery and left with the shuttle service.

When we arrived in E.G.O we singed in and changed clothes for the last time. We then went to our stations and greeted everyone. Today was a quiet day since only maintainence was done. We watched how things were checked and repaired if they have too. We didn’t get much since everyone was very busy and didn’t have time to explain.  They installed a new machine at the automaton area. After that we went for lunch and came back observing. After that the day was over, we returned the clothes and left with the shuttle for home, maybe later we will go somewhere (Bariş, Alpçan, Ertugrul, and I).
