In Germany a certain level of expertise is required, where as in Turkey they take the trainee&#8217;s along from whatever level thei are at. The trainee&#8217;s can take freqent breaks, short once not long and drink \u00e7ai or anyone, where as in Germany you have fixed time for everything and can&#8217;t take breaks when ever you want since you might disturb others.
